Background: Cancer of thyroid gland is rare in childhood, representing 1% of all pediatric malignancies. Primary thyroid lymphoma (PTL) is even rarer accounting for 5% of thyroid malignancies and 2% of extranodal lymphomas. Impaired bone health at cancer diagnosis in paediatric patients
